Our Story

We started out as colleagues who successfully delivered on many challenging and rewarding projects while also experiencing varying degrees of overwhelm, stress, perfectionism, workaholism, guilt, racing minds, sleep disturbances, and lack of emotional or self-control in many areas of our lives.

After discovering how well we worked and traveled together and recognizing the similarities of our struggles, we became supportive friends outside of work as well, dedicated to helping each other improve the quality of our lives.

Over the next ten years, we accepted challenges, built upon what we learned, invented rituals, practiced meditation, and applied a variety of mindfulness approaches to our lives and the connections within them.

Eventually, almost imperceptibly, we began to see slow, incremental changes over time and to develop some wiser perspectives, useful life lessons, and innovative methods and strategies that helped us most of the time.

Now, we’re happy to share that we’re no longer fueled by caffeine, less likely to overwork or over care about our jobs, more balanced, more willing to pursue our passions, and simply happier and healthier human beings.

Wherever you are in the mindfulness journey, we’d love to help you move forward on the continuum towards a more balanced and fulfilling life. Connect with us today!

Awareness

When I was learning how to meditate, I exposed myself to a variety of teachers, gravitating towards the works of Drs. Joe Dispenza, Tara Brach, Deepak Chopra, and Jack Kornfield in particular. Through their books, podcasts, and online courses, I practiced using anchors and breathwork, postures and mantras, but some of the more sophisticated concepts,…
